Thanks to Devil Design adhesive glue (110ml), you can achieve optimal adhesion depending on the temperature of your print bed (adhesion increases as the bed temperature rises).

Each bottle includes a sponge applicator, allowing precise and economical application of the glue only where needed.

This glue is easily washable with water, making print bed cleaning a breeze. Moreover, it's environmentally friendly, containing no gases and producing no unpleasant odors during printing.

Devil Design Adhesive Glue is ideal for materials such as ABS, ASA, HIPS, PLA, PET-G, and TPU.

Application

Devil Design Adhesive Glue can be used on many materials you want to print on 3D printers. Depending on the material, different adhesive properties can be achieved, so we recommend conducting a test before printing large parts from certain technical materials. Be cautious when removing parts. We recommend letting the surface cool to below 30°C and gently pressing on the part if necessary to release it.

Instructions for Use

• Before printing, apply a thin layer of glue to the cold print bed. Ensure the bed temperature is below 50°C.
• Shake the glue for a few seconds to mix it thoroughly.
• Apply a thin layer of glue to the cold print bed. The glue can be applied using the included sponge applicator, allowing for very precise application where adhesion is needed.
• Wait approximately 2-3 minutes until the glue is completely dry.
• Preheat the print bed to the recommended working temperature for the material you are using.
• Start printing.
• After printing is complete, wait for the print bed and the product to cool to room temperature.
• After cooling, carefully remove the product from the print bed.

Recommended Working Temperatures

• ABS, ABS+: 90°C - 100°C
• ASA: 90°C - 100°C
• HIPS: 90°C - 100°C
• PLA: 50°C - 60°C
• PET-G: 70°C - 80°C
• TPU: 20°C - 80°C

Recommendations

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• After each use, keep the lid on.
