Shipping Options
We offer reliable shipping to most countries in the European Union. Parcel transport is provided by our trusted partner, General Logistics Systems Czech Republic s.r.o. (GLS).
For international orders, we offer delivery to your address. Shipping to pick-up points or parcel lockers is currently not available for orders outside the Czech Republic.
The flat-rate delivery charge for all countries we deliver to is €10 (excluding VAT). For orders over €150 we offer free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel online at any time. In case of any issues or questions regarding your shipment, our dedicated customer support team is ready to assist you.
Payment Options
We offer a variety of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can choose from the following options:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe or Comgate
- Payment buttons of supported banks
