This process can increase the thermal resistance of prints up to approximately 85 °C, allowing their use in more demanding temperature conditions, such as near motors or in electronics enclosures. Furthermore, the improved material flow allows for an increase in print speed up to 150 mm/s, which is ideal for efficient production and prototyping.

Tips for Best Results

• Annealing: To achieve maximum thermal and mechanical resistance, we recommend annealing the print. A general guideline is 110 °C for approximately 20 minutes (for a part with a 3.2 mm wall thickness). We always recommend testing the process on a sample, as slight dimensional changes may occur.
• Storage: Store in a dry place and protect from direct sunlight. After opening, keep in its packaging with a moisture absorber.
