Spectrum ASA 275 is designed for technical applications where long-term resistance to external influences such as UV radiation, moisture, and temperature fluctuations is crucial. Thanks to its low shrinkage and good layer adhesion, it enables printing of larger models with minimal risk of deformation.

Although ASA is more print-friendly than some other technical materials, its processing requires a heated bed and can be improved by using an enclosed chamber, especially for larger models. The surface of prints is glossy and aesthetically attractive, making it suitable not only for functional parts but also for design projects.

Important Printing Notes

• Heated bed is essential: For proper material adhesion to the print surface, we recommend bed temperatures between 20–60°C.
• Enclosed chamber is not essential but recommended: To achieve the best results when printing larger models or at higher speeds, an enclosed chamber can significantly reduce the risk of deformation.
• Print speed depends on printer settings: Although the material supports speeds up to 200 mm/s, optimal quality is achieved at lower speeds (up to about 100 mm/s).
