Voron 2.4 PRO - Voron 3D Printer Kit

Voron V2.4 is the flagship of Voron Design. It comes equipped with a massive print bed made from pressure-cast aluminum up to 8mm thick, permanently attached to the base with a low center of gravity, making it more stable. It features a so-called "flying gantry," suspended on rails and driven by four Z motors. This design allows for automatic gantry leveling with the print bed. It scales well in height. However, its construction is more complicated than other models, making it more challenging to build.

It is currently the most popular model of Voron.

Notice: Formbot is currently including Manta M8P boards with CB1 (replacement for raspberry pi) + CAN board for the toolhead EBB SB2209 CAN (RP2040) in the kits!

Warning

• The kit does not include printed parts. These can be additionally printed, ordered in our shop, or you can use the community service Print It Forward.
• This is the Voron 2.4 R2 version with MGN12H linear rail for the X-axis and a filtered power connector.
• The basic package includes a high-quality all-metal titanium heater block. For higher speed and print quality, we recommend purchasing a Dragon hotend or another supported hotend.
• The maximum printing temperature of 300°C is limited only by the type of thermistor used.

What is Voron

Voron is an open-source project for developing 3D printers. It was founded in 2015. The founder of the project, Maks Zolin (Russiancatfood), wanted to create a printer without compromises, reliable, easily maintainable, and more affordable than commercial printers of a similar category.

The Voron Design project itself is non-profit, and all designs are published under the GPLv3 license. People working on it have found joy in spending evenings in workshops or at computers, designing, testing, and improving 3D printers and selflessly helping thousands of others to build and operate Voron printers.

This group represents the community surrounding the Voron Design project itself and is not affiliated with any manufacturer or seller of Voron printers.

Although it is possible to approach the print quality of Voron with a well-tuned Ender or Prusa printer, Voron, thanks to CoreXY kinematics and advanced firmware, allows you to print much faster and with the desired quality.

The VORON printer design has never been focused on achieving speed records (compared to some other leading community printers, such as HevORT, VzBot, etc.), but on quality, reliable printing, and continuous improvement. It is made from as many easily accessible parts from around the world as possible.
