Formbot Voron 2.4 R2 Ultra 350 mm

A CoreXY 3D printer kit with a 350 × 350 × 350 mm build volume for users who want to build, configure and modify their own printer. Ultra evolves the previous PRO kit, retaining the Voron 2.4 R2 design and adding a Cartographer3D probe, TZ V6 2.0 High Flow hotend, camera and RGB status lighting.

Included components

• BTT Manta M8P V2.0 with CB1 – mainboard and computing module for Klipper. The CB1 is included and replaces a separate Raspberry Pi.
• 5″ HDMI V1.2 touchscreen for printer control.
• Cartographer3D – an eddy-current bed probe, supplied with a silicone nozzle scrubber.
• CANbus wiring and BTT EBB SB2209 CAN (RP2040) and EBB SB0000 CAN toolhead boards.
• TZ V6 2.0 High Flow hotend and components for a Stealthburner toolhead with Clockwork 2 extruder.
• USB wide-angle camera, RGB status LED strips and Nevermore filter.
• Aluminium profiles, linear rails, MOONS motors, Gates belts, build plate and silicone bed heater.

Voron 2.4 design

The build plate remains fixed in the base. A flying gantry moves above it, with four independently driven Z axes allowing automatic gantry levelling relative to the bed. The printer uses CoreXY kinematics and Klipper firmware.

Specifications

Before assembly

Printed functional parts are not included. Prepare parts matching the Ultra version using Formbot documentation. Building the printer involves mechanical assembly, wiring and firmware configuration; this is not an assembled, ready-to-print machine.

Formbot ships either the original Voron-size silicone heater or the new full-scale version. The heater version cannot be selected in advance. Use the supplied silicone nozzle scrubber with the Cartographer probe.
