Fiberlogy CPE HT 1.75 mm 0.75 kg

Fiberlogy CPE HT is a filament designed for users seeking a material with high thermal resistance and mechanical strength. This special plastic (composed of multiple types of polyesters) combines the properties of polycarbonate with easier printability. Thanks to its resistance to temperatures, chemicals and mechanical wear, it is suitable for technical and functional applications. Moreover, it is odourless and free from harmful substances such as BPA or styrenes, making it safer for various uses.

Key Features

High Thermal Resistance

  • Withstands temperatures up to 110 °C, making it ideal for functional parts exposed to high thermal loads.

Mechanical Strength

  • High strength and rigidity comparable to polycarbonate (PC).
  • Excellent dimensional stability and minimal shrinkage during printing.

Safety and Ecology

  • Free from BPA, BPS and styrenes.
  • Odourless during printing.

Easy Printability

  • Does not require an enclosed chamber.
  • Low risk of deformation thanks to stable printing properties.

Recommended Print Parameters

  • Nozzle temperature: 260–280 °C
  • Bed temperature: 110–120 °C
  • Enclosed chamber: Not required
  • Fan: 0–25%
  • Print speed: < 100 mm/s
  • Build plate surface: Dimafix, 3DLac, masking tape or PVA glue
  • Filament drying: 60 °C for 4 hours

Note: Due to strong adhesion to the build plate, printing directly on its surface or on glass is not recommended. Using masking tape or other protective surface is recommended.

Technical Specifications

  • Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
  • Diameter tolerance: ±0.02 mm
  • Ovality tolerance: +0.01 mm
  • Spool weight: 0.75 kg

Applications

CPE HT is an ideal choice for a wide range of applications thanks to its high resistance and strength:

  • Technical parts: Functional components exposed to high temperatures or mechanical loads.
  • Industrial applications: Chemically resistant parts or machine components.
  • Prototypes: Demanding prototypes requiring high dimensional accuracy.
  • Kitchen tools: Thanks to the absence of BPA and BPS, it can be used for food applications.

Usage Recommendations

  1. If you plan to print larger models, perform test prints to verify dimensional accuracy.
  2. For best results, use a protective surface on the build plate (e.g., masking tape).
  3. Make sure to properly dry the filament before printing to ensure optimal print quality.

Why Choose CPE HT?

CPE HT from Fiberlogy offers a combination of high thermal resistance, mechanical strength and easy printability. It is an ideal choice for demanding technical applications and industrial use. Thanks to the absence of harmful substances, it is also a safer alternative to traditional PC filaments.
