The grade 5 titanium alloy used (Ti6Al4V) is significantly stronger than the pure grade 1-4 titanium commonly used by other manufacturers, while having the same stiffness and thermal properties.
Notice
- Never tighten the nozzle without holding the heater block with pliers.
- Avoid over-tightening or banging the nozzle into the heated bad, which can lead to heat break damage.
- Make sure the nozzle and the bottom of the heatbreak are well sealed. Otherwise, molten plastic will leak around the threads
