Filament PA12, also known as nylon 12, is a semi-crystalline polyamide from the Polish manufacturer Devil Design. This material is an ideal choice for printing mechanically stressed parts, including components for 3D printers. It stands out for its high strength, durability, and resistance to high temperatures, making it an indispensable material for technical applications.

Usage and Recommendations

Filament PA12 is suitable for producing technical components such as sliding bearings and nuts. It is also ideal for applications where high resistance to temperatures and chemicals is required.

Printing recommendations:

• Nozzle temperature: 255-270 °C
• Bed temperature: Approximately 100 °C
• Cooling: 0-40%
• Printing surface: It is recommended to use Garolite (G10, G11) or special adhesives for nylon, such as Magigoo.

Packaging and Storage

To maintain the material's optimal properties, it is recommended to store it in a dry environment or use a filament dryer after prolonged exposure to air.
