The 3DPower ABS filament is the perfect combination of high-quality and cost-effective ABS filament. It is distinguished by high hardness, toughness and a wide range of applications. It is one of the most widely used materials in 3D printing to produce durable parts that should withstand higher temperatures (up to 90 ° C).

3D printed parts made of 3DPower ABS filament are usually more flexible and less "brittle" than those made of PLA filament. Components printed with ABS can be treated with acetone vapor to eliminate the visibility of the layers and provide a shiny and smooth appearance.

3DPower filament can be used with most FDM 3D printers. 3DPower ABS is an excellent material for functional prototyping and the production of complex end-use parts.

The following parameters are only suggested print settings for this material. To ensure the best print quality, it is necessary to choose the appropriate settings for a specific printer and printing conditions.

• Nozzle Temperature: 235 - 260°C
• Bed Temperature: 80 - 100°C
• Printing Speed: 30 - 90 mm/s
• Fan: 10 - 35%
• Chamber: nezbytná

To ensure adequate adhesion between the layers and reduce shrinkage, it is recommended to use a closed working chamber. In case of problems with the adhesion of the first layer, we recommend the use of an adhesive such as Dimafix, Magigoo or 3DLac.
