ASA - Polymaker

ASA (Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is a specially developed thermoplastic polymer with high resistance to chemical influences, weather conditions, high temperatures, and UV radiation. It exhibits less deformation and better dimensional stability than ABS. During printing, there is less odor, and printing is easier with fewer defects such as stringing.

ASA provides strong and durable prints suitable for outdoor use. Thanks to its high heat resistance, good layer adhesion, and the possibility of smoothing with acetone vapors, it allows for detailed and high-quality prints. In addition to resistance to weather conditions, ASA also offers high impact and wear resistance, making it an ideal choice for functional prototypes and finished products requiring high mechanical durability.
