Voron Trident R2 Printed Parts – 300 mm

A complete set of printed parts for building a Voron Trident R2 3D printer with a 300 mm frame. It is intended for builds following the official Voron documentation, where you source the components yourself (self-source). We print the parts to order in ABS and ASA following the official Voron R2 STL files and recommendations, and the set contains every printed part of the printer, so there is nothing left for you to print.

What the set includes

• A/B drives, XY joints, front idlers and X carriage in the R2 version,
• Z axis: motor mounts, Z carriages and bed mounts,
• StealthBurner toolhead with Clockwork 2 extruder,
• electronics, power supply and wiring mounts under the deck,
• skirts for the 300 mm frame including corners and the rear skirt with power inlet,
• panel clips, door hinges, handles and display mount,
• rear PTFE plate and spool holder.

What changed in Voron Trident R2

The R2 revision (official VTr2 release, June 2026) mainly reworked the motion assemblies and the Z axis.

• A/B drives – motors are held by all four screws, the belt path is shorter and the new parts allow a double-shear setup for motors with a longer shaft.
• XY joints – corrected belt routing and a 5 mm shorter assembly.
• Front idlers – single-screw tensioning and a carriage guided on PTFE tubes.
• Z axis – motors sit 16 mm lower, mounts bolt from inside the frame and have an integrated wire path.
• Skirts – corners use M5 heat-set inserts instead of nuts.

Material and colours

We print in ABS and ASA, as recommended by the official Voron documentation. By default the main parts are black and the accent parts red. If you want a different colour combination, add it to the order note and we will contact you before confirming the order.

Modifications

As standard, we supply the set exactly according to the official Voron Trident R2 files. Modifications to your requirements are possible by prior arrangement.

Important

The set contains printed parts only. Screws, heat-set inserts, motors, electronics and the other components from the Voron Trident R2 BOM must be sourced separately. If you print the parts yourself, use only ABS or ASA and a well-calibrated printer.
