Trianglelab selects the best materials that can be found on the market, combined with high precision CNC machining to offer premium quality nozzles.
Thanks to a special processing technology and subsequent processing, the nozzle is free of burrs on the tip edge and free of impurities in the bore. Internal bore roughness lower than Ra0.4; higher smoothness means less adhesion of molten plastic. The premium quality of the brass material ensures the stability of the nozzle properties.
The flat surface nozzle tip, which flattens the coating, is custom machined for each nozzle size. The small nozzle tip provides high precision and the wide nozzle tip aids in the smooth printing of larger layers.
Applicable filament
- The brass nozzle is suitable for printing all common printing materials such as PLA, PET-G, ABS, ASA, PA, TPU, etc.
- It is not suitable for printing abrasive materials as it wears out quickly and for printing materials requiring a printing temperature above 300°C
Nozzle compatibility
- Compatible with all common hotends for MK8 nozzles (M6 thread)
- Ender 3 model series
- Ender 5 model series
- CR-10 model series
- etc.
