IWISS SN-2549 Ratcheting crimping pliers

Designation

SN-2549 ratchet crimping pliers are designed for crimping non-insulated open AWG28-18 terminals such as JST, Dupont, Molex.

Combination of crimping jaws SN-01BM and SN-28B.

Crimping jaws

High precision ratchet mechanism for complete crimping. Parallel crimping pressure for even crimping.

• First jaw:
  Depth: 4mm, Range: 0.08-0.5mm2 (AWG 28-22)
• Second jaw:
  Depth: 7mm, Range: 0.25mm2 (AWG 28-24)
• Third jaw:
  Depth: 7mm, Range: 0.5mm2 (AWG 22-20)
• Fourth jaw:
  Depth: 7 mm, Range: 1.0 mm2 (AWG 20-18)

Ratchet mechanism

Crimping jaws with ratchet mechanism ensure consistent crimping pressure as they must cycle through the entire range to crimp the jaws and then release the pin.
