Fiberlogy FiberFlex Aero is a foaming flexible filament from the elastomer family. At higher temperatures it activates the foaming agent, allowing you to tune the density, weight and hardness of the final print by adjusting nozzle temperature, print speed and flow rate.
Typical applications
- lightweight flexible parts for RC models and drones,
- shock-absorbing components,
- seals, bump stops and vibration dampers,
- soft insoles, soles and ergonomic parts.
Manufacturer recommended settings
- Nozzle temperature: 200–240 °C
- Foaming temperature: 230–235 °C
- Bed temperature: 70–80 °C
- Flow rate: 50–100%
- Cooling fan: 50–100%
- Print speed: < 60 mm/s
