Although the titanium version of the heatbreak is a major advance over conventional stainless steel heatbreaks, the bi-metal version takes the thermal separation of the cold and hot parts of the hotend even further and guarantees the complete elimination of printing problems such as hotend clogging and has a positive impact on the overall print quality.
Bi-Metal Heatbreak is made of two metal components with different thermal conductivity. Trianglelab uses a special process to firmly join all three mechanical parts of the heatbreak, so you don't have to worry about damaging the heatbreak like other manufacturers.
Notice
- Never tighten the nozzle without holding the heater block with pliers.
- Avoid over-tightening or banging the nozzle into the heated bad, which can lead to heat break damage.
- Make sure the nozzle and the bottom of the heatbreak are well sealed. Otherwise, molten plastic will leak around the threads
