New member of Fillamentum Flexfill family is unique in its properties in comparison with Flexfill TPU materials. The main difference caused by the very different polymer base is in chemical resistance. It has chemical resistance against wide range of substances. This makes it perfect material for sealings of most of substances even at higher temperatures.This material has very low gas permeability.
Flexfill TPE’s mechanical behaviour is influenced by the necking creating while stressed in tensile. The toughness of objects printed with 100% infill is similar as in case of Flexfill TPU.
The surface of material is very pleasant to touch. Thanks to its great layer adhesion, the objects have very smooth surface. This finish is great to avoid any sticking of dirt.
This material can be used for production of electrical and electronic equipment. It doesn’t contain the restricted substances. The filament complies with the requirements for food contact applications.
For flexible materials, Fillamentum can guarantee maximum deviation of diameter +/- 0,10 mm. During the production, filament is made with the best stability of diameter, roundness and colour

For perfect top / bottom surface, we recommend use 1.1 extrusion multiplier to ensure connection between top / bottom infill.
It is possible to achieve different hardness of printed object. Settings of infill and perimeters influences the final properties.
Print settings suggested by manufacturer
- Printing temperature: 225 – 245 °C
- Heated bed temperature: 50 – 60 °C
- Speed: 15 – 25 mm/s depending on Shore hardness, lower Shore needs to be printed slowly)
- Part cooling fan: 50 – 100 %
- Heated bed surface: PEI, mirror / glass
- Adhesive: Magigoo PP, 3DLac, blue tape
- Brim recommended
- Heated chamber / enclosure: not needed
- Extrusion multiplier: 1 – 1.1
Adhesion
The best results were achieved while using Magigoo PP, which ensures perfect adhesion. It is recommended to use brim around the object.
Bridges and overhangs
Overhangs can be printed very well. Bridges can be little bit challenging. From start, it’s better to use supports.
Printing speed
Regarding the Shore hardness, slow is the key. The softer material the lower speed is required.
Storing
Airtight bag with desiccant.
