3D Kordo Everfil mahagony wood

Everfil PLA Wood is a fibre which, like the other fibres in the Natural Fibers range, is enriched with approximately 20% wood powder. Everfil PLA Wood is a material that is very easy to print and requires no special conditions.

The main advantages of PLA Wood are its appearance, texture and scent, which are reminiscent of real wood. The high content of wood particles creates an impressive effect of printed details. Everfil PLA-wood is very easy to print: it does not shrink or deform and offers excellent filament flow. It features excellent first layer adhesion as well as inter-layer adhesion. In addition, it can be printed at high speed.

Printing parameters recommended by the manufacturer

The following parameters are default only and should be adjusted for your specific 3D printer and printing conditions for best results.

• Print temperature: 190 - 225 °C
• Substrate temperature: 45 - 60 °C
• Closed chamber: not required
• Cooling: 60 - 100%
• Nozzle diameter: ≤ 0.5 mm
• Print speed: 40 - 130 mm/s 
• Surface: glass, lacquer, masking tape, etc.

Warning

It is recommended to use a nozzle diameter of at least 0.5 mm, otherwise there is a risk of nozzle clogging.

Storage
