Precision PTFE (Teflon tube) is designed for maximum filament feeding accuracy in demanding 3D printing assemblies. Thanks to its optimised inner diameter of 1.9 mm, it ensures minimal friction whilst providing precise filament guidance without unwanted play.
The smaller inner diameter (1.9 mm) compared to standard Bowden tubes places higher demands on the quality of the filament used. For optimal function, we recommend using only filaments with precise diameter and minimal ovality, which ensure smooth passage through the Bowden tube without jamming.
