CPE HG100 filament was engineered for high-technical properties, great quality and easy printing with final properties that will dwarf all the PET-based materials. An additional monomer improves all the properties when compared with PETG filaments.

Filament from co-polyester can be with advantages used for 3D printing of technical objects. The material is durable and tough. CPE has higher tensile, flexural and impact strength, better hermal and chemical resistance in comparison with ABS or PLA filaments.

Thanks to its ease of processing this type of filament is an excellent choice for your prints requiring better properties. Another advantage of the material is less odor produced during the printing and less shrinkage as compared with ABS.

This co-polyester contains bio-based monomer and can be recycled. Therefore, it is a human-friendly and eco-friendly material. For all the colours we guarantee the certificate for food contact.

Filament has great optical properties, very high gloss and clarity. The transparency and strength are also preserved in thin-wall prints from transparent colours.

Fillamentum guarantees high precision of filament dimensions within the tolerance +/- 0,05 mm, which is strictly controlled throughout production.

Print settings recommended by manufacturer  

  • Printing temperature: 255 – 275 °C
  • Heated bed temperature: 70–85 °C
  • Speed: 40–60 mm/s
  • Part cooling fan: 0– 15 %
  • Heated bed surface: PEI, mirror /glass
  • Adhesive: Magigoo, 3DLac, PVA glue
  • Raft / skirt /brim: Skirt /Brim 5 mm
  • Heated chamber / enclosure: not needed 

Cooling

It is not recommended to use more than 15 % of fan speed, as too much cooling could lead into improper layer bonding. We recommend to use no cooling for standard objects, which leads into stronger parts. For bridges and big overhangs, it is possible to go up to 50 % for the desired layer.

Storing

Airtight bag with desiccant. In case of moist material, re-dry it in appropriate device. The conditions to achieve optimal level of moisture are 75 °C for 4 hours. Processing of moist filament may cause degradation of polymer chains, brittleness, poor layer adhesion, stringing, oozing etc.
