The material is also suitable for manufacturing parts that come into contact with water or are subject to frequent bending.

Printing Tips

TPU 96 is susceptible to moisture absorption, therefore proper storage and drying are essential.

Storage and Maintenance

• For long-term storage, use an airtight box with desiccant
• Before printing, we recommend drying the material in a filament dryer at 45-50°C for 4-6 hours

Limitations

• Lower chemical resistance to strong acids and solvents (acetone, toluene)
• Requires slower print speeds for optimal results

Packaging

The filament is wound on a new generation spool. This type of spool is designed to ensure easier handling and storage of the filament. The spool is protected by a double wrapper that provides protection against UV radiation and moisture, helping to maintain the filament in optimal condition for printing.
