Devil Design ABS+ white

ABS+ filament from the Polish manufacturer Devil Design is a material proven in terms of printing parts for 3D printers, especially Voron. It stands out for its easy printability compared to classic ABS even in less than ideal conditions for ABS printing.

Nice rich snow white color with a light gloss.

ASA filament made of thermoplastic polymer material, for use in 3D printers in the FFF method. It is primarily intended for the production of functional prototypes and final products that are intended to have great weather resistance and durability, relatively high durability. The material does not change colour under the influence of UV radiation.

Filament is wound on a spool, vacuum packed with a moisture absorber.

Properties:

Recommendations for printing Voron parts:

• Hotend temperature: 235-240°C (Can also be printed without all-metal hotend)
• Chamber temperature: 40°C+ (It is possible to print quite successfully outside the heated chamber if all recommendations are followed)
• Adhesive: PEI, Glass+Dimafix or other lack
• Heated bed temperature: 105°C for first layers, can be reduced later depending on surface/adhesive
• Flow: 92.5%
• Cooling: 20 - 40% (0 for printing outside the heated chamber)
