If you want the cable management chain to fit properly, use the same mount that attaches the Z chain to the bottom of the printer frame, and mount it upside down on the gantry as shown in the attached image. It's the file highlighted in the image, which is part of the standard files. Just use the standard cable management and print a second z_chain_bottom_anchor.stl.
