BLTouch is a solution for automatic compensation of printing surface irregularities of 3D printers with built-in semiconductor Hall sensor/optical sensor.
BLTouch can accurately measure the tilt of the bed surface. It works well with all kinds of print surface materials such as glass, mirror, metals, garolite, etc.
Features
BLTouch has a simple structure and high accuracy due to the use of an innovatively designed solenoid and detector (Hall sensor or optical sensor). It aims at user convenience and pleasant printing by adding many intelligent functions such as self-test, alarm, alarm release and touch switch mode, blue LED for servo signal indication and Z-probe testing (Zmin).
Easy to use
BLTouch is easy to use because of its small and simple structure. Since the BLTouch works like a conventional auto bed leveling sensor, gathering information and setting up the firmware will be a simple task for you.
Smart
Self-test: When the power is turned on, the probe pin will be ejected twice
Alarm: LED indicator flashes if a problem is detected during self-test or operation. The 3D printer can read the BLTouch alarm signal and according to the alarm status, it can stop and pause the 3D printer using the preset G-code, as well as control the release of BLTouch, etc.
Do not ignore the alarm signal and make good use of it. It can keep your 3D printer and BLTouch device safe.
Wiring fault indicator: blue and red LED to indicate wiring faults.
